Jack Beats feat. Jess Mills - Somebody To Love
The boys of Jack Beats are back, armoured with their heavy wubs and all. Plus One and Beni G have a mini album destined to come out in December 2012, which will include this track (which is also the title of the album).
Jess Mills lends her vocals to the track. She was featured on Breakage's Fighting Fire, as well as her own tracks Pixelated People and Live For What I'd Die For. I'm a big fan of her voice, and she is quite pretty, so her marketable value is pretty high. I hope big things come her way!

The Aston Shuffle vs Tommy Trash - Sunrise (Won't Get Lost)
There are a lot of things I like about Australia. One is beautiful people (Hugh Jackman, Simon Baker, Eric Bana, Naomi Watts, Cate Blanchett, Rose Byrne...you get the idea) and another is great music. Labels like Modular come out of Aussie land, and there is just something special and unique about the sound from the land down under. House duo The Aston Shuffle (Mikah Freeman and Vance Musgrove) had a track called We Won't Get Lost, and fellow Aussie Tommy Trash puts his production skills to task to recreate the track with his own, more electro version. The track is being championed by Axwell's label Axtone Records.
Side note: anyone else get a little freaked out by the Axtone music at the beginning? Gets me every time!
Update 04/04/2013: Here is the very bizarre video. Its stuff like this that makes me wish I was a video conceptualist and director.

Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs - Your Love (Fake Blood Remix)
Theo Keating aka Fake Blood is a busy man these days. After what some people called a quiet period, the man is back with tons of new music.
I remember not being totally sold on the video for T.E.E.D.'s Your Love, and so I dismissed it
But when I heard the Fake Blood remix, I was sold!
Fake Blood released a free download today for a track called Bionic
and also has the upcoming Yes/No EP which you can preview here:

Foreign Beggars - Amen
UK grime outfit Foreign Beggars have a new track called Amen, and what made me take notice was that the track is produced by BURNS http://jackhadagroove.blogspot.ca/2012/09/burns-lies-tiga-remix.html. Foreign Beggars were taken under Deadmau5's wing with their tracks being released on his label mau5trap, and their latest album "The Uprising" features Amen.

Hard Rock Sofa, Matisse & Sadko, Swanky Tunes - Chemistry (Turn The Flame Higher)
Its the Russian mafia! Errr, I mean Russian House Mafia! Considering that Hard Rock Sofa used to make rock music, I can understand their sound. Its the kind that would be perfect for a high speed car chase scene in an action movie. HRS (Alexander Shapovalov & Denis Chepikov) team up with fellow ruskis Swanky Tunes (Vadim Shpak, Dmitry Burykin, Stanislav Zaytsev) and Matisse & Sadko (brothers Alexander & Yury Parkhomenko) for their track Chemistry (Turn the Flame Higher). Coming from a science background, this title says to me "Bunsen burner"! haha
The high energy track is accompanied by a hilarious video. I love when thought is actually put into a video, and these guys have made a really good one!
Best comment I've read about the track: "so what, that's like 7 people in the studio?" Haha! The track will be released by Swanky Tunes' Showland label.

Cloud 9 - Do You Want Me (Dusky Remix)
Sometimes I am uneasy with the idea that the new kids on the block are digging up old records, making slight variations to them, and label it as a remix. For the younger generation, they may not know the original and think that the remix is some mind-blowing track. I guess what I'm trying to say is I hope people do their research!
Back in 1993, Victor Simonelli under the alias of Cloud 9 released "Do You Want Me." The track sampled the 1983 track by Surface called "Falling in Love." Not sure where the vocal sample for the track comes from. Simonelli was prolific in the 90s, producing under other monikers like NY's Finest, Brooklyn's Own, Innervision, and many more.
Dusky are UK duo Alfie Granger-Howell and Nick Harriman. Together, they released their Flo Jam EP, and the title track was their definitive track. It sampled Aaliyah's "Rock The Boat" and caught the ears of some big time DJs.
They have remixed the Cloud 9 track, adding a bit of UK bass, but I believe the meat of the track still belongs to Simonelli. The remix is out on Mark Knight's Toolroom Records.

Woozee - That Feelin
Mista Men's Woozee (John Seiles) has made a bass heavy track that sounds like it would set any dance floor off!
Jessie Ware - Night Light (Joe Goddard Remix)
Two people whose music I really enjoy come together in this track. UK darling Jessie Ware's http://jackhadagroove.blogspot.ca/2012/04/jessie-ware-110.html Night Light gets the remix treatment from Hot Chip & 2 Bears member Joe Goddard http://jackhadagroove.blogspot.ca/2012/06/disclosure-control-joe-goddard-remix.html. The track alone is a soft melodic track that could easily be classified side by side with the likes of Sade.
Here is a clip of Jessie and Joe working together on the remix:
Check out the transformed version of Night Light here:
Side note/fun fact: Jessie Ware's sister, Hannah Ware, is an actress that currently is on the American show Boss.

Scuba - Talk Torque
Scuba is probably one of the most outspoken producers east of the Atlantic, but his music more than compensates for that! He knows how to be a great DJ, producer and A&R for his label Hotflush. His latest is Talk Torque, and it definitely does make one tend to scratch their head when the tracks Paul Rose makes are much more happy and spirited than his personality comes off sometimes.
Also emerging is a relatively new track called Hardbody that received some airplay in the last week:
Phunk Investigation - Syndrome EP
If you are looking for some good tech house, look no further than Phunk Investigation. The Italian duo who also go by Dino & Stef have had a busy year releasing track after track.
Check out this drums infused tech house number which features the two tracks from the Syndrome EP on their Babylon Records label:
More recently, they teamed up with acclaimed Italian vocalist Dino Lenny http://jackhadagroove.blogspot.ca/2012/04/tiesto-mark-knight-feat-dino-lenny.html to release "Gold" on Skint Records
